Our Wild Dungeness crab is sought after because of it's more delicate texture and sweeter taste as opposed to King crab. Popular in Crab Louis, used in savory bisques, and making unforgettable hors d'oeuvres, sandwiches, pastas, and salads, this crab is amazing with some melted butter-great as an accent to your seafood recipes, or as the main course. Dungeness crab is a great source of high quality protein, is very low in fat, and rich in minerals such as copper, zinc, and calcium. Warm up at 425 deg F. for 4 to 6 minutes.
