What does Halibut flesh look like? A firm and flakey pure white flesh, Wonderfully Mild, and yet slightly sweet, the Alaskan Halibut is a favorite of seafood lovers worldwide! These mighty fish may grow in excess of 600 pounds and can tow a small fishing vessel. Combine their power with the cleanest water in the world, and you get a fillet so lean and tasty that we don't need to be told twice. The texture is exceptionally firm, and enjoyable when sauteed with lemon and fresh dill-or crowned with equal parts good mayonnaise and Parmesan, then baked to a golden brown. Great for Halibut baked, grilled, or pan fried.
